Plantation Beach Villas - Stonehaven Bay

Description

The six villas are set in lush gardens, offering a degree of privacy, and reflect the classic turn of the 20th century colonial architecture. Decorative gingerbread fretwork adorns the wide verandah, which is the main focus of the houses. Furnished and decorated in a plantation style, the accommodation comprises a large open-plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. These are light, airy rooms with their white tiled floors and white walls, and they open on to the verandah, which is well furnished with comfortable seating for just relaxing, or dining al fresco. A laundry area with washing machine and dryer is located on the first floor landing. The villas have three bedrooms, each with four-poster beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with doors leading out to the verandah. Both of the upper bedrooms are of identical layout with two queen size double beds and an en suite bathroom, and doors opening on to a balcony, with views down to the beach and the sea. Just across the narrow lane from the villas, set amongst gardens that lead on to the sands of Grafton Beach, is a shared swimming pool and a poolside bar and grill which serves light lunches and drinks into the early evening. It is these facilities that enable villa guests to meet each other easily in convivial surroundings, and being so close to a good sandy beach, are the reasons clients return year after year.
