L'Anse aux E'pines House - The Estate House

The English colonial style estate house has architecture dating back to the early 18000's and was completely renovated and extended in 2006. Set in 2 acres of delightful private gardens the estate encompasses the main house, the sugar mill tower and a beach cottage. Exuding quality at every turn the property has been designed to the highest specifications, with impressive pillars of greenheart wood from Guyana, two impressive tikki huts and extensive verandahs. Amongst the accommodation are a number of walkways, quite hideaways and a 20 foot waterfall. This house is a vertitabel playground with it's vast pool, jacuzzi tub and "aqua gym" pool. There is complimentary use of a skippered powerboat and water skiing equipment and a siling yacht is available for day and overnight trips (at extra cost). In fact should you wish to charter your own yacht, cessels of up to 150 feet and 20 foot draft can tie up at the deep water dock. This is a great place for a family party - let the excellent team of staff light up the barbecue, turn on the sound system and man the bar, while you simply relaz in this gracious atmosphere.
