Location
Set in the scenic northern end of St Kitts, Rawlins lies 350 feet above the Caribbean Sea. 15 miles from the airport and the capital, Basseterre - and from the more attractive beaches.

Accommodation
10 graciously furnished guests rooms located in cottages throughout the garden, each one decorated individually. All rooms are breeze cooled with a ceiling fan, wooden floor, occasional antiques and large verandah.

Of particular charm are The Mill, a split-level converted sugar mill, and Round House, with its sunken bath built around an old water cistern.


Facilities

The Terrace restaurant serves innovative gourmet cuisine using produce from the kitchen gardens and from local fishermen.

The swimming pool at Rawlins is spring-fed.
